status_on goingtype_hospitalityContext: An elevated sports bar seeks to franchise their booming business. They are rooted in their work, food, and community.
Design: We needed to design a space without a site. To do so, we decided to create one generic site that would allow for three sizes of space. The square footage would most likely depend on the tier of franchise. Thus, the 'park,' 'gym,' and 'arena' were created. Regardless of tier, whatever went into the space was flexible, expandable, and repurposed to allow for future growth. Repurposed gym floors, stadium seating, and rotating memorabilia.
Responsibilities: Playbook, test fits, conceptual diagrams, sketches, presentation packages, digital modeling, interior materials, rendering, exploded axons, owner meetings.
